These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eliz Digital and our website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after charging your card, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping and pickup
Orders are typically ready for in-store pickup within 1-3 business days. Ship times depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or in-store pickup. We take no responsibility for items not received or lost by your mail carrier. Eliz Photo takes no responsibility if film is damaged in transit or during developing.
Refunds and returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products or services. See our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, text, photographs, and layout — is the property of Eliz Digital Photography Studio or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Customer-supplied images remain the property of the customer; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
