Eliz Digital has a no refund policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products or services, including photo prints, portraits, restorations, passport photos, and film developing.

Mail-in and shipping disclaimer

We take no responsibility for items not received or lost by your mail carrier. Eliz Photo takes no responsibility if film is damaged in transit or during developing.

Order cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and payment has been processed.
